Commercial Contract Cleaning
Polished Performance is a family owned Commercial Contract Cleaning business, which has been providing a very personal yet professional service to a wide variety of customers since being formed in November 1997.
The business is currently run as a limited company by husband and wife Nigel and Lorraine Burdett, who are both directors assisted by three part - time cleaning operatives.
Our current customer base consists of mainly small to medium sized commercial premises within a ten mile radius of St. Neots. A large percentage of contracts are with family run businesses, some of which have been running for ten years or more.
All electrical equipment belonging to the company is tested annually as required by the Portable Appliance Testing Regulations. We can also provide COSHH sheets for all the chemicals used in the course of our work.
Our flexible service is tailored to suit customer’s requirements and we can accommodate early morning, daytime or evening cleaning 5 days a week throughout the year with holidays and illness always covered.
Our staff have a reputation for high quality work, reliability and attention to detail. In addition to this each person has been CRB checked for extra security when working alone and to re-assure customers that their premises will be properly secured and alarmed when we leave. In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong we are covered for up to 2 million pounds by our Public Liability Insurance Policy.
